By booking services with or using the Ann Michael Collective website, you agree to the following:

 

All services provided are customized and results may vary. Prices listed are starting prices and may increase based on hair length, density, product usage, and time required.

 

Guest satisfaction is our number one priority. All services are final and non-refundable. If concerns arise, guests must notify Ann Michael Collective within 7 days of the original appointment. At our discretion, reasonable adjustments may be offered. This does not guarantee an adjustment and does not entitle guests to a refund.

 

Cancellations or reschedules require 48 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled outside of this window may incur a 50% charge, and no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

 

Guests are responsible for disclosing accurate hair history, medical conditions, allergies, and sensitivities prior to services. Ann Michael Collective is not responsible for adverse results due to undisclosed information.

 

Ann Michael Collective reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for safety or professional reasons.

 

Use of this website and services is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
