Refund Policy

Guest satisfaction is our number one priority at Ann Michael Collective.

 

All services rendered are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of professional beauty services, completed services cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

 

If a guest has concerns regarding the quality of a service performed, they must notify Ann Michael Collective within 7 days of the original appointment. At our sole discretion, reasonable adjustments may be offered in an effort to ensure guest satisfaction. This policy does not guarantee an adjustment and does not entitle the guest to a refund.

 

Refunds will not be issued for services rendered, dissatisfaction based on personal preference, failure to disclose complete hair history, contraindications, no-show appointments, or cancellations outside of the stated cancellation window.

 

By booking and receiving services at Ann Michael Collective, guests acknowledge and agree to this policy.
